Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original packaging

• With all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected at our discretion.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale, through special promotions, or under limited-edition collaborations.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@baieatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, and it is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the new item selected is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.
